The Used (http://www.theused.net)'s new album will actually be entitled In Love and Death and is set for release on August 31st. The disc was produced by John Feldman and is the follow-up to the band's 2002 self-titled debut album.

haha, its funny how you bash the used, but then somehow think finch is awesome. There isnt a tremendous difference between the two, the used isnt incredible they are pretty damn good fun to listen to just like finch is, they both do the scremaing singing thing, they both have ok lyrics nothing special. As for The Used, their single has hit the radiowaves. Was just played at 96.5 The Buzz in Kansas (www.breakingcustom.com). I don't know the name of the song though. As for Finch, the way the demos are sounding, not sure what this is going to turn out to be. I never base an album off of demos though. This has been a long wait for this album.

I personally think the Used blow, and Ive heard from very reliable sources that Feldman writes almost all of the songs (and the ones he doesnt write, he changes and rearranges to his liking).
