I've been listening to:
the sleeping (http://www.thesleeping.com)'s new full length. check out two demos on purevolume.com/thesleeping. It's a great debut album, brought to you from the dudes that used to slay in Skycamefalling. We just got done touring with them, and I miss talking about guitars with Cameron, drinking beer with Doug, Laughing at Sal, and talking about Hip hop with Joe.
Race The Sun (http://www.racethesunrock.com) - new full length is coming September 21st. It's fucking amazing, and I back this band 100 percent. Even if i didn't know these guys I'd still be in love with their album, it's seriously a great cd, and catchier than a frisbee. it gives you a nice break from the whole "dark" screamo bands that are popping up from everywhere like Montana, and Canada.
Beloved - these dudes are great, they played at Nanci Raygun a few days ago, and came back to Josh from Race The Sun's house to stay the night before SLAYING hellfest. we played pool, watched Bambi, and Josh's dog pooped on Josh from Beloved's sleeping bag. The dog also left their roadie a present, you can take a look at that in the attachments, haha it ruled. If you don't own their record yet, which some of you still don't you need to look in the mirror and question your reason for living life.
Bedlight For Blueeyes (http://www.purevolume.com/bedlightforblueeyes) - Their demos on purevolume.com have a lot of promise, they aren't hugely original, but I still dig them. The singer has a great voice and they have some great riffs. They recorded at Nada studios .. you know that one place.
Emanuel (http://www.emanuelnice.com) - I haven't met a person yet who has denied how great this record is. Even my mom loves it. "I told you so". Ha, just kidding you would have found out about them sooner or later, but you can be like, I was listening to Emanuel WAY before they signed to _______. Word. Your welcome.

anberlin - amazing band live as well as recorded. catchy as hell.
underoath - as soon as i heard the first single off of the new record
i fell in love with this band. the new cd is amazing and i highly
suggest you check it out if you haven't already.
random task - this band broke up about 2 years ago and some of the members went into steel train and armor for sleep. the website is down but
i'm sure if you search hard enough you can find the LP somewhere.
