I've been out of touch with 'zines lately, unfortunately. Been meaning to get into them again. But then the only place that carries them around here is Hastings and that's once in a while. :-(

It just sucks 'cos we have no independent record store or anything.. which is just more reason to order online. Oh well...

I think I'm going to buy some Razorcake issues, and a Cometbus one too since.. I dunno, but I feel like I should get an issue of that. then there's like 4 different zines on Megalith Records' site so I'll probably get those.

haha. yeah, that one. and i know how you feel - that's pretty much the only place to go to for movies, music and books besides the more well known, major retail stores like best buy, etc.

LUCKY. I know Asian Man gives freebies sometimes too, pretty cool. and when I ordered from pix, the cd I wanted was out of print so I got like... five more cds (mostly comps) instead. Chris is so cool.

I used to lurk it like hell, and then when I finally posted, gave COMPETENT rec's I got bashed by some elitist scum. I guess that's what happens when you go to a punk forum that is only a small portion of a site, which isn't even a music site. I got a good portion of my current music taste from then though, so whatever.
