These days all I see around me
is hate, violence, and greed
and this indifference and selfishness
is justified by what's on our TVs
How long will we stand by and do nothing
while our brothers and sisters are killed?
How long shall we watch with indifference
while the hate starts to overwhelm?

and maybe I'm just a dreamer
To think that this world can be changed
and maybe I just have my head in the clouds
but I believe we can find a way

and I have an American Dream
it involves people loving people no matter beliefs

It's becoming hard to imagine
All the people living life in peace

thanks, but I'm sure there are about 55 thousand songs named "American Dream" and I bet Northstar wasn't the first. If I had named the song "Imagine" after all the references to the Lennon song then their might be a problem :p
