Why do so many people hate Senses fail?

Okay im a huge senses fail fan, and i just want to know why so many of you guys hate them, and i just want to know a serious answer besides so stupid shit like

They suck because they arent good and they have bad stuff that i dont like that isnt the stuff i like to listen to...

So please some real reasons you guys dont like them

Honestly, a great portion of the lyrics are trite, needlessly and uncreatively violent and/or morose. I like melodrama, but even this is overblown and not very well done. The music is decent and mildly catchy, but at the end of the day is uninteresting. I don't really like the singer's voice, it's fairly bland. Then there is the fact that they would claim they are versed in philosophy and comparative religion (taken from their bio), when their music reflects none of that. They do not fit in with my personal taste. That is why I don't like them, although I do not *hate* them.

- buddy (singer) is an asshole (this is from a personal experience, not weird rumors), and why i may not hate him, i have an intense dislike and disrespect for him as a person.

i think senses fail is awesome they are the band that got me into more hardcore music, so as far as im concerned they are bad ass
