Post your top ones. No need to post the actual quotes, let's not spoil it for those that haven't seen movies like say The Shawshank Redemption ;-). Another great one is There Will Be Blood. Thoughts?

The Assasination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford...I remember loving the way that ended
The shotgun would ignite, and Ella Mae would scream, but Robert Ford would only lay on the floor and look at the ceiling, the light going out of his eyes before he could find the right words.

So beautiful:
"That night I had a dream. I dreamt that I was as light as the ethre (http://everything2.com/title/ether), a floating spirit visiting things to come. The shades and shadows of the people in my life wrestled their way into my slumber. I dreamt that Gale (http://everything2.com/title/John%2520Goodman) and Evelle had decided to return to prison. Probably that's just as well. I don't mean to sound superior, and they're a swell couple o' guys, but maybe they weren't ready yet to come out into the world. "And then I dreamed on, into the future (http://everything2.com/title/future), to a Christmas morn in the Arizona (http://everything2.com/title/Arizona) home where Nathan Jr. was opening a present from a kindly couple who preferred to remain unknown. I saw Glen, a few years later, still havin' no luck gettin' the cops to listen to his wild tales about me 'n' Ed. Maybe he threw in one Pollack (http://everything2.com/title/Pollack) joke too many. I don't know. "And still I dreamed on further into the future than I'd ever dreamed before. Watching Nathan Jr.'s progress from afar; taking pride in his accomplishments as if he were our own; wondering if he ever thought of us. And hoping that maybe we'd broadened his horizons a little, even if he couldn't remember just how they'd got broadened. "But still I hadn't dreamed nothin' about me 'n' Ed. Until the end (http://everything2.com/title/the%2520end). And this was cloudier 'cause it was years, years away. "But I saw an old couple bein' visited by their children (http://everything2.com/title/kids), and all their grandchildren, too. And the old couple wasn't screwed up (http://everything2.com/title/screwed%2520up), and neither were their kids or their grandkids. And I don't know: You tell me. This whole dream; was it wishful thinking (http://everything2.com/title/wishful%2520thinking)? Was I just fleein' reality (http://everything2.com/title/reality), like I know I'm liable to do? "But me 'n' Ed, we can be good, too. And it seemed real (http://everything2.com/title/real). It seemed like us. And it seemed like, well . . . our home . . . If not Arizona, then a land not too far away, where all parents are strong and wise and capable, and all children are happy and beloved. "I dunno. Maybe it was Utah (http://everything2.com/title/Utah)."

Best final scene is still absolutely the end of the Godfather Part II, such a chilling put together of the whole story arc
Casablanca would be up there, Chinatown too, Taxi Driver, Citizen Kane, there could be a ton.
edit: Pan's Labyrinth would be second for me, upon further thought
And it is said that the Princess returned to her father's kingdom. That she reigned there with justice and a kind heart for many centuries. That she was loved by her people. And that she left behind small traces of her time on Earth, visible only to those who know where to look.

Love. You can know all the math in the 'Verse, but take a boat in the air you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she oughta fall down, tells ya she's hurtin' 'fore she keens. Makes her home (serenity)
techniquielly its not the very last line, but its good enough
Semi-Pro's was hillarious. I just saw Southland Tales today...quite possibly the worst movie I've seen inmy entire life, but the last line was hillarious.

Atonement? I mean, it was a beautifully shot movie and all that, but I didn't really care for it from a story, character(s), plot, etc. aspect. Either way, Atonement, Blood and No Country are leaps and bounds better than the others in the category that I'm not upset one of those three won (and I liked Juno).

It was well made, I loved it...it just lacked some things that I feel make a film worthy.
And what I find a bit annoying is that Michael Clayton and Juno were even included...like we NEED to have 5 films nominated. If 3 are worthy, then make 3 nominees...its what they do in the technical categories

I didn't find much wrong with Blood either.
The middle part of the movie, after he buys up all the land but before his son gets messed up, drags. I can't truly call it a flaw because its meant to slow the film down and focus, but I found it distracting (I actually zoned out for a few moments) and that was also the part where the score to the film was really annoying.
The end more than made up for it though...the last 20 minutes were better than any 20 minutes in any other film that year

Adaptation:
Charlie Kaufman: I have to go right home. I know how to finish the script now. It ends with Kaufman driving home after his lunch with Amelia, thinking he knows how to finish the script. Shit, that's voice-over. McKee would not approve. How else can I show his thoughts? I don't know. Oh, who cares what McKee says? It feels right. Conclusive. I wonder who's gonna play me. Someone not too fat. I liked that Gerard Depardieu, but can he not do the accent? Anyway, it's done. And that's something. So: "Kaufman drives off from his encounter with Amelia, filled for the first time with hope." I like this. This is good.

Jules: There's a passage I got memorized. Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you. I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, it meant your ass. I never really questioned what it meant. I thought it was just a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherfucker before you popped a cap in his ass. But I saw some shit this mornin' made me think twice. Now I'm thinkin': it could mean you're the evil man. And I'm the righteous man. And Mr. 9mm here, he's the shepherd protecting my righteous ass in the valley of darkness. Or it could be you're the righteous man and I'm the shepherd and it's the world that's evil and selfish. I'd like that. But that shit ain't the truth. The truth is you're the weak. Jules: Yeah, I think that's a good idea.

Now... where was I?
Good one, great call on Adaptation as well. Kudos

I watched Before Sunrise and Before Sunset recently. The way Before Sunset ends is absolutely perfect.

In Bruges:
There's a Christmas tree somewhere in London with a bunch of presents underneath it that'll never be opened. And I thought, if I survive all of this, I'd go to that house, apologize to the mother there, and accept whatever punishment she chose for me. Prison... death... didn't matter. Because at least in prison and at least in death, you know, I wouldn't be in fuckin' Bruges. But then, like a flash, it came to me. And I realized, fuck man, maybe that's what hell is: the entire rest of eternity spent in fuckin' Bruges. And I really really hoped I wouldn't die. I really really hoped I wouldn't die.

WTF. Put an NSFW on this or some kind of alert. My volume was way too loud for that. Good thing I waited for my dad to leave the room and pressed play, haha.
