I think he's terrible and I hate how they compare him to MC Paul Barman because Lars isn't even anywhere near the same level. I think he should go back to sucking at life some place where I don't have to hear about it.

i doubt he would be featured if he was completely terrible. a lot of ap.net people have a very sad narrow view on the world so they diss him. OnLegendary - please tell me that mc paul barman's "paullejuha" wasn't whack?

now rolling stone is jumping on this hype wagon? i honestly don't get it. i've heard the music. nothing particularly special, and nothing that merits the amount of attention this guy has received. the people that keep whoring mc lars have obviously never listened to sage francis or ugly duckling, busdriver or hieroglyphics. it's nearly comical how often the lesser talents get more exposure out of sheer hype alone. meanwhile the real artists press on unaffected.

if you own an mc lars record, go buy the non-prophets "hope" cd. minds will change.

do you have the mc lars album? yes joe beats has some sick stuff, but lars packs more energy and speaks to a younger demographic than 30+ year old sage francis. the non-prophets are dope but so is lars for different reasons dude.

i love sage, he fucking rules. Atmosphere rules as well.
