James Dewees of The Get Up Kids and Reggie and the Full Effect appeared on TRL yesterday with New Found Glory (http://www.newfoundglory.com) where they announced that he will be joining them as their keyboardist for the upcoming tour.

It wasn't TRL, it was Fuse. They were on both, but as far as I could tell, the only special guest on TRL was Ryan Key of Yellowcard, just dropping by to say Hi. James showed up just after TRL on Fuse's Daily Download. Like anyone at TRL would know who James Dewees is, anyway...

James was definately on TRL and they definately mentioned how he was from Reggie & the Full Effect and how he was joining New Found Glory for the tour. He didn't look too excited to be there, lemme tell ya.

yea i saw it to. i was really extremely confused to turn on mtv and see james dewee on trl. it didn't make sense til i took in the larger picture and saw new found glory with him. hes got to stop this shit and get the get up kids off their asses.

and he didnt look excited to be on FUSE either. he nevre talked except when they said he had ADD and everyone laughed at him. then the girl host said the guy host had ADD too, then they fought. i think she took the attention off of him.

Yeah, my bad. I wasn't paying that close attention to TRL and just noticed that Ryan Key guy (Yellowcard seem like dicks now...). I just thought it was crazy that as soon as I changed the channel to FUSE they were walkin into Daily Download. Haha the next day Anne Hathaway did the same thing. Looks like FUSE is stealing TRL's glory. Not that I generally watch TRL or anything....just bored.
Also...what's with the constant "James Dewees of Reggie and the Full Effect?" Yeah, he IS Reggie and the Full Effect, but technically he's James from The Get Up Kids...Maybe that just bothers me, though
