Hello,
I've been searching for music similar to old AFI, and noone can help me. I've liked them for several years (before they released this new garbage (SYS, and whatever the hell the newest one is called)). I was hoping someone could help me find similar bands. I figure AFI wasn't the first and only band to have this style, or they would have been less likely to sell out to the emo trend.

You thought Sing The Sorrow was horrible!? wow, that was their best.

I'll check them out tomorrow, thanks. Basically I want that very energetic punk style.

Sing the Sorrow wasn't as bad as their album they released in 06, but it's still godawful. Especially when looking at what they had put out in the past.

EDIT: also the name of the 06 release was Decemberunderground, and I agree that it was disappointing.

no sing the sorrow and everything after was badddd for AFI. if it was a different band then it would have been alright but it just wasnt AFI. as for stuff similar to old AFI.
