pwned is just owned with a p instead of an o...this originated because the word owned started with gamers who played CS and stuff online a lot. What happened a lot was that instead of typing owned...they'd accidentally hit the p key instead of the o...and this just happened so much that more people type pwned than owned...

i watched one last night at this huge keg party we had here. there was no winner, cause it got broken up, but each guy landed about 10 solid punches. it was awesome.
