ohhh really? i heard it was a terrible movie. my friends said it was cheesy and nothing compared to jaws. the previews didnt make me change my mind either. it looked kind of, i dont know, boring? but i might check it out anyways if it makes me think.

I watched Collateral the other day. I fucking LOVED it as well. Mann is such a good guy. HEAT is probably one of my favorite movies of all time, and this has the same feel. Totally worth seeing.

Garden State was a great movie. Amazing cinematography. Only complaint is how predictable the story at times. The ending was pretty weak too.

yup, it's probably not good when you're waiting for the movie to end because sometimes an ending can save an otherwise uninteresting movie. Though I've never been a fan of hers, I know Meryl Streep is a fantastic actress and she cheesed it up so bad in this movie, Denzel was the saving grace, as usual.
