You can't really play anywhere except a venue down here. The houses are too close together.

Your location says Wisconsin.... Two of the best basement shows I've played have been at two houses on the same street in Appleton. They raged. I broke a bass string at one of the shows without even touching my bass. That's how fucking intense it was.

You can't really play anywhere except a venue down here. The houses are too close together.

Same with Texas, but we manage to have amazing show houses. Also, there are some awesome show houses in Florida. There's a new one in Tampa I've been hearing great things about, then a few in Tallahassee, and some sprinkled in other parts of the state.

I'm actually not suprised at all about Tampa. They have a ridiculously huge scene up there. And Tallahasee has alot cause it's a college town. But yeah, Miami is void of coolness. No pun intended.

Appleton? Really? Hmm, I'll have to keep my open, I don't live to far from appleton. Steven's Point is also a great place in WI for basement shows, I just live in a town of 11k, so there isn't much going on.

Yeah, Appleton rules, basically. The two houses I've played there are called The BFG and The Poison Estate. I've heard of another house in that area, but I can't remember the name and I haven't been there before. The BFG rules though. All the kids there are awesome.
