ok, so i just got off the phone with my uncle and i found out that their neighbor shot my 7 year old cousins pony...what the fuck? and the cops wont do anything because "dusty (the pony) is just property and the guy denies it" and when my uncle called the guy and got him to admit it the guy says "well, nobody out here likes you people anyways" (the dude and his family are really hillbilly-ish) which isnt true...sorry about the post, but im seriously so fucking pissed right now...i asked my uncle for the guys number and i'm going to call him tomorrow and rip him a new one...what the hell is up with people now-a-days?

On June 8 2004 We Were Going Out To Feed The Horses Just Before 7AM & Heard What We Thought Was A Gunshot. As We Fed We Noticed Dusty Was Missing & We Went To Look For Him. Jen Found Him Standing On Our Neighbors Property With A Gunshot In His Lower Side.Dusty Was Put To Sleep June 12 Due To Peritonitis From The Gunshot Wound. He Got Off Of Our Property Through A Hole In The Fence We Found. This Hole Was Created Where Our Neighbor Comes On Our Property To Go Across To Another Property Where He Hunts Illegally. We Have Asked Him Many Times Not To. He Not Only Created This Hole, But Planted A Garden Near It Which We Feel Baited Dusty To His Property.We Filed A Police Report And We Were Told That Since Dusty Was Just Property & The Neighbor Denied Shooting Him…There Was Nothing They Could Or Would Do.Dusty Was Only Three Years Old & Full Of Potential!
