I listened to this cd once awhile ago after one of the mixtapes, but it didn't draw me back. It was good.

Nothing caught my attention. The music itself is alright while the lyrics and vocals are both really dull.

I like it's simplicity. That's basically what this band embodies.

His vocals are far from dull. I can see where there isn't a ton of range that he hits but it's not like he's set to just an average voice. Alongside, the backing vocals from Cotton are fantastic. Lyrically, it's either they stick or don't so I won't bother asking why or why not.

The backup vocals nearly salvage one of the dullest voices I've ever heard from an indie/folk outfit.
