steinbrenner is a douche but the yankees who have remained since the beginning are all good players. jeter is one of the best clutch hitters of all time. bernie williams was a great center fielder in his prime and still hits with good power. posada is one of the best catchers out there the only i can think of better is rodriguez. mo is the best closer ever. matsui came from abroad but started out as a yankee nonetheless. and most of the yankees who have been traded are some of the best players on their teams and only speak well of being on the yankees. not many people could say that bout the red sox or any other team
