This might be old news (and no, its not punk) but A Perfect Circle have announced that they will release a new album on Nov 2nd. Which is great news, since I thought we wouldn't see another APC album until after the Tool release that's also coming up.

The only thing that bothers me is the general following of these bands.

Those fucking losers you see that wear all black, snowboarding boots, really baggy or extremley tight winter pants, and more chains than a bondage dungeon. I'm sure a lot of them really aren't that bad, but it's the ones that think they are so dark, twisted and are really cool because they wear clothing that makes them look dumb as shit. Most of them like Good Charlotte anyways, so they really can't call themselves a bad ass, because well, they are pussies. I guess that is just one thing you have to get over when you listen to bands like Nine Inch Nails, Tool, and A Perfect Circle.

Yeah, they really are.

I can guarntee that 99.9% of them bake cookies with their Mom's and their Dad's read them Harry Potter books as they go to sleep.

I admit it, I love both my parents and they do a whole lot of shit for me, I wouldn't be where I am (even if it isn't that great) today if it wasn't for them.

Totally, this whole culture of hating your parents for no valid reason , wtf?

My mam is awesome, really, id be total shit with out her, i love her a whole lot.
I bet if you say something like that to a lot of people, theyll look at you like you have AIDS written across your face.

Tool is unbelievable. Let's not overlook Danny Carey in the drumset.

First get The Downward Spiral, then if that turns you on, get Pretty Hate Machine.

Maynard is a tool. *pun intended* But in all seriousness, yes, Maynard is a visionary genius.

Aenima is one of the best albums written. Anyone who disagrees has to be deaf.

Oh my good lord, that IS the BEST Tool album, I actually just took it out of my car not to long ago.

I find great pleasure in the fact that I am one of the few people that can write that album title the way it's supposed to be written;

Ænima

;)

I haven't listened to it in so long... I've been listening to American Nightmare and Against Me! all day. I think now's a good time to get reacquainted with Tool.

I know it's a nordic letter, but I just didn't know how to type it on here. I can do it on Microsoft Word and such.

We need more Tool discussion here. Ive gotten addicted to Ænima now, and I'll get Lateralus asap. How is it as opposed to Ænima?

And while Im at it; what's your favourite Tool song?
It's a tie between Stinkfist and the title track (Ænima) for me, but the again Ive only heard that album.
