Hasn't half of those artists/groups been on that MTV thing? It's sad that I know that but there's really nothing to watch on TV late at night sometimes. :/

I love atmosphere but P.O.S., man...he's a genius. I love this style, his flow, everything about him. Audition is one of the finest rap/hip-hop records of all time. still waiting on the follow up though.

Hasn't half of those artists/groups been on that MTV thing? It's sad that I know that but there's really nothing to watch on TV late at night sometimes. :/

Yeah i remember atmosphere being a featured artist and Shwayze does have a tv show. i dont think the rest have ever been on mtv though.

Definitely man. I saw him with RX Bandits once and it was great. Him and K-OS man. i love the way they roll. im not so into the others.

Yeah but people still aren't very aware of them. I could be wrong but i think the show is on mtv2 and ive only seen it at odd times. If they're on TRL that might disqualify them though.

Atmosphere. But I don't get what is considered "underground" hip-hop or not. I also love Guru/Gang Starr, Aesop Rock, Blackstar and Common.

I wouldn't really call any of these artists 'Underground', most of them owe their popularity to MySpace, and they could all easily perform to a 'Warped Tour crowd', as opposed to an actual 'Hip Hop crowd'. Especially Shwayze, he really isn't good, and I had never heard of him until I saw his stupid MTV show.

I enjoy the Cool Kids very much so, though.

it doesn't matter if shwayze is underground or not, his flow is weak either way. no skill whatsoever and his lyrics are terrible. P.O.S. is the shit though.
