Yea, I'm fairly sure the only chance at it now is eBay, which sucks. In regards to Birthmark, my roommate has it and stands by it being amazing. I have not listened to it yet, but I will...and I can upload it and send it to you.

this is why you don't collect vinyl from bands like this and just download their music illegally, you got to pick and choose carefully, usually easy to spot too. the fact that their LP only ever had a EURO press and those goons in the United States given the responsibility fucked it all up due to their lack of brains should have thrown red flags up right then and there not to bother.

So Be Happy(the bands actual label, or whatever) is re-releasing it along with the new 7".

maybe a little reverb (not a cheesy or noticable amount) and maybe they run their guitars through a compressor pedal or something

This band doesn't try that hard to be Cap'N Jazz. Their similarity is the mood they capture. Their singing and mood are the only heavy similarities. The guitar playing styles are very different, as are their song structures, etc.

^ i disagree with their new album being a disappointment. i like some kind of cadwallader more, but parrot files is a great album.
