Thanks for bringing this up TJ but a few points:
The bill is titled January 2003. This bill has been lying around for almost 2 years. A new Congress starts in January and therefore this bill will die. Along with that, if they haven't done anything about it by now, they probably won't. That is not to say that we shouldn't be concerned. The fact that this idea was even introduced should be known to all Americans. Legally (thankfully) it can be as we can see this but people do need to know about this.
I'm gonna get shit for this but I'm glad they would change it so women could be in there too.
