oh. its going to be just awful. midtown is such a terrible band. hidden in plain view sucks live, the academy is...nothing more than a taking back sunday ripoff, and matchbook romance is simply the worst band ever. awful tour.

look I love midtown, but you can't be serious with that last comment - early november has a unique sound and doesn't sound like any of the bands on this tour.

neither name taken or hidden in plain view are playing in toronto, the hour drive down to buffalo will be more then worth it. I like seeing shows at the showplace theatre...its all fun & slanted!!

The Hot Water Music concert is upstairs in the "Heaven" section of the masquerade. Midtown and Matchbook Romance will be downstairs in the smaller "Hell" section of the venue.

no philadelphia date, damn
11/23 - Philadelphia, PA @ Theatre Of Living Arts
11/24 - Pittsburgh, PA @ Mr Smalls

Edit - The Pittsburgh show isn't listed anywhere anymore, so maybe it's a no go. It was listed a week ago, but I'm not seeing it anywhere now. The Philly show is up at ticketmaster.com though and goes on sale October 1.

ah...no California love. I really wanted to see this tour but unless they add some dates here, it's not looking good.
MBR is hitting the west coast with TBS. The Midtown tour is primarily east coast.

I wish The Academy was playing the Detroit date. I like Name Taken and all, but I like The Academy more.

Just because you've only seen The Early November do that kind of stuff doesn't mean it's unique at all.

damn, it sounds like a badass tour but there's no sign of texas anywhere. I mean who wants to go there, its only the biggest state in the U.S. Well actually Alaska is, but c'mon do u guys really think it should be a state?

I just don't understand how they can stop by philly, I mean they are stopping at practically every city around philly. As far as I'm concerned this tour sucks simply for not coming to philly... really im just jealous of all you who get to go...

Yeah I know...I am seeing them with TBS and Fall Out Boy on Oct. 15th. I just was hoping that Midtown was coming at some point because I really would like to see them.

Because you touch yourself at night.

popdisaster00

Because you touch yourself at night.

hehe.

the reason this is such a short tour and lots of them arent hitting the big spots, is because both bands are on separate tours as is - mbr with TBS and midtown with the rock against bush tour, both of which hit almost every state in the us. so it would be pointless (but very cool and fun) to make a full us tour with both these bands at the same time.

i like early november but i think midtown is a much better band and this tour is going to be awesome just because of midtown and adding matchbook romance makes it even better

11/5 RVA.. I'll be at that. And this time I'll actually stay for Midtown.
