i did like interpol - turn on... but i just found that the statement of their new album being best of the year to be down right barbaric. seriously, i almost hate their new album.

I don't know, the more I listen to it the more I like it. Just like I did with totbl, "Narc" "Take You On A Cruise" "Evil" "Public Pervert" and "Slow Hands" I think are all on the same level as the first album, narc and take you on a cruise are some of the best stuff they have done. But I am a huge Interpol fan so you should expect this from me.

And I really didn't like Northstar's Pollyanna

I have to admit, slow hands made me stop still and listen, such a cool song. new record isnt out in uk yet, so i cant comment on its quality, but i reckon it'll be awesome

i would have to agree with you on polyanna....but i dont think futures is as great as everyone thinks to me it got kind of boring after like the first 6 songs

Dude, you lose.

Although Antics is a solid album, it definitely isn't as strong as the brilliant Turn On The Bright Lights. Which is why it's my number two, right behind A Ghost Is Born.
