Albums I've enjoyed of late and would wholly recommend for various reasons:
Afrika Bambaataa & Soulsonic Force -- Planet Rock: The Album
The Band -- Music from Big Pink
John Coltrane -- A Love Supreme
Joni Mitchell -- Court and Spark
Justin Timberlake -- FutureSex / LoveSounds
Richard Hell & The Voidoids -- Blank Generation
Sean Lennon -- Friendly Fire
Sons & Daughters -- This Gift
Yo La Tengo -- I'm Not Afraid of You and I Will Beat Your Ass
Andrew Jackson Jihad
The Pogues
Sigur Ros
I've been listening to those three more than any others lately, so you should too.

Clutch - Clutch
Every Time I Die - Gutter Phenomenon

All I've been listening to these past few days. It's Irish Fest in Milwaukee but I'm unfortunately not going to be able to go to any of it. Gaelic Storm played 3 of the 4 days too!
Today's the last day. :-(

Haha, good man. In my mind they need much more appreciation on this site. I put them on the first mix I ever made for that first ever mixtape exchange but sadly no one really seemed to dig it. Oh well. I can't remember if you ever listened or not haha.
Dang, that's a bummer for sure. I'm gonna be seeing Gaelic Storm (again haha) next month in Covington, Kentucky. Sorry you missed out :pet:

looking for bands along the lines of underoath and jack's mannequin. a strange mix, i know. decent acts like JM are easier to find than decent acts like UO. well, in my opinion. i like screaming, but screaming that you can understand. i like some metal, but ilean more towards post-hardcore. i dont know, really...
ill check out any suggestions. thanks in advance.
(i can already predict, "i suggest you stop listening to underoath." comments)
