Art Damage is probably worse than their last one, and just pretty plain boring.

I want to like Art Damage so bad, but I literally passed out the other day listening to it. The first two tracks are the only times I really get enjoyment out of the album.
It gets a 2.5/5 from here. This direction is so, so, so disappointing.

I love the Botch influence that Fear Before has now with their own sound, and I think it's hilarious how many people don't get it. I didn't like their last album at all, but Art Damage is just too creepy sounding not to like.

Reeve Oliver owns though I was completely bewildered as to where they were at this year's DC Warped show...I couldn't find them anywhere so I dunno if they were actually there and if they were I missed them and hate myself. But in all honesty the CD is real good as expected but I if I were doing pros and cons I'd have to put the lack of a lyric book or fold out, anything, as the only con I can think of so far. Some people I've listened to get annoyed by the weird computer noises and such ("It is not my fault") but I am fine with it. I've been listening to this band for a while and have anticipated this CD for quite some time and was not disappointed so if you haven't heard these guys yet I doubt you will be disappointed. Militia Group is stockpiling some very very good talent lately.
