My friend and I just made the impulse decision to drive 6 and a half hours or so to Milwaukee to go see TBS, MBR, FOB and A Thorn For Every Heart. I read on here that the violinist dropped out of the band. Did they get a replacement, or are they playing the violin part over the speakers, or just dropped the violin from the live performance?

It's quite strange how there are strictly forum posters, and strictly 'news' posters.

yea, most of my posts ( a staggering 356 in 1.5 years, compared to each of your many thousands and neither have been registered for a year) were mostly posts in the general forum. But I just got tired of posting in here. I didn't post nearly enough to get in with the cool people of this board. So I just stick to reading news, and reading the general forum.

I saw them last night in Iowa City, and no, they didn't have a violin. No replacement.

I saw your other thread on the subject. But that got bumped to the second page or so. How was the show? How long did TBS play, I heard somewhere awhile ago that they intended on playing a really long time for this tour.

eddie said they'd probably be playing about an hour and a half each night...basically the entire both cds minus a song or two
