Blindside (http://www.blindsideonline.com) have unfortunetly had to cancel the final show of their headlining US tour due to most of everything in their van being stolen while in Dallas late last night as they grabbed a quick bite to eat. Their passports were even stolen, which they need to have replaced before they can go home.

This shit is getting old. So many hardworking bands have their shit stolen like every week now. Liars Academy had their shit stolen last week. I hope they get caught. Bastards.

that is so true...i can think of like 10 other times that this has happened here in dallas. it is pretty pathetic, thats why most bands look down on having to come to dallas, or just don't come at all.

i don't see how this happened though, the show was at the door. blindside's van was parked right infront of the venue on a VERY well lit street. some people must have just not being paying attention.

funny thing is that i was going to this show, but when we got to the venue everyone found out that mewithoutYou wasn't playing that night, and i'm not a fan of blindside, so i opted not to waste my $12.

Weird, I would've thought Blindside was big enough for a mid-sized tour bus by now.

Glad to see they're still working it like they were on Solid State. (Not like in the "I don't want them getting big" way, just more like "we're on a major and still not big, who cares, we carry on" way).

Not glad to see this theft trend continuing.
