View Full Version : I hate internal medical problems...

so a little over a week ago, I started having weird constant pain in my abdomin , and some in my upper legs... So I had it checked out a few days later and the doctor said it may be the beginnings of a hernia. The pain has moved around over the days, but it all seems to remain in the stomach/abdomin area. I have lifted heavy band equipment recently, but nothing so heavy that it caused me immediate pain. He ordered some blood work, which came back normal, and said to wait a week to see if the pain goes away. I don't think it will which means I'll have an MRI done, to see if it is a hernia. That's what scares me because pain in that area can be so many things, and I end up looking it all up and freaking myself out about having some symptoms of a number of things, but not all the symptoms.

I just want it be gone.

my girlfriend had stomach pain and i kept telling her shes a baby and its fine or pulled a muscle. we also went to six flags buffalo that day so i told her it was probably from a roller coaster. fast forward to 2 hours later she was puking had a fever and crying so i bring her to the emergency room and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with her for 7 hours. long story short, they found out it was appendicitis. that shit sucks.

i had kidney stones last summer and i ended up missing the fall semester they were so bad. i also had my appendix removed when i was 7, don't fool around with internal problems, they only get worse a lot quicker than you expect.

that really sucks...
But see like what's keeping me from freaking out to much is that a, even though it's constant, it's mild pain... And b, all my other functions of my body are normal (I'm not puking and peeing blood or something) it's just that it's always there is what concerns me.
