i'm just wondering if there is any place on the internet where you can check an albums sales? i tried neilson soundscan but that didnt give me anything.

I've been looking for the same thing. You have to pay for Billboard.com if you want the sales. Same with Neilson Soundscan. I've been trying to find a site for awhile.
