Why would a vocalist leave? I know it's hard for you to wrap your little mind around this concept, but a vocalist leaving could have to do with the fact that they want all the glory, want to play other types music they love, or they are just tired of being compared to another singer. All of which have nothing to do with hating the music they are playing. It just means other interests conflict with that.
As for Gleason, I've yet to hear the music you are talking about, but I have heard other music he has done after he left FSF, and it was horrible.

oh, and Further Seems Forever writes amazing music, and I think that the fact that they've been able to pull it off with 3 different singers says alot about they're overall ability as a band. To keep making such great music throughout all of the drama that has surrounded them is incredible.

Actually I saw them last fall, before they got big and popped their sound up (there were like 25 people there), and they still weren't that good. Saosin stole that show (Anthony Green was still with them), what with their better songs and Green's hilarious pseudohomosexual remarks (i.e. "This place is hotter than a bag of dicks").

Taking Back Sunday was a big let down for me because they were my favorite band up untill I put that record in my cd player for the first time.

But I'd have to say for me the worst album I listend to this year was MCR "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge".

On another note, I really enjoy the Used's new album, I think it's better han their old one.

The Used was a huge letdown. I was hoping it'd be more raw like the last one. It's too overproduced. These songs would sound horrible live, unless they hired about 25 synth players.
