Is it me or does it seem like almost every movie you see, there is a love story in it. No matter if its about Americans being killed, there is probably a love story in it. Stop it hollywood.

Yea, but they have to please both the men and the women. The men get a kick out of the blood and gore, and the women get a kick of the hidden love story.

Frankly, I'm a chick, but I get a kick out of the blood and gore. :)

I'm a girl too .. but I have to agree. I'm sick of the same love story in a different setting

That's what sells. But hell, I like a good love story. Because everything in life deals with love or want.

I can't even remember a movie that I've seen that doesn't have a love story in it....Dogma?

Uh.....hmm. Reservoir Dogs doesn't. Actually all Tarantino films (with the exception of somewhat of Jackie Brown) seem to be void of a trivial love story.

My biggets beef with love stories are that they are forced and contrived and whenever you are introduced to two characters you're like 'Ahh, yep. They'll be humpin by the end.' 100 % accuracy.

Well he does talk about love in a screen play he wrote that he got money from to actually put it towards Reservoir Dogs called True Romance and it was directed by Tony Scott. The endings are different though and Scott filmed both so if you get the delux edition or whatever the rediculous thing is called it will show you both. The whole movie itself is a love story with alot of violence.

and wait, it just crossed my mind.....Kill Bill is a love story. I dont want to give it away but it's a revenge/love story, now you may question it but love isnt always JUST a sexual love, think if you have seen the movie.
