Hi folks. Some new bands you should give a spin. Recommendations up in hurr.

Cardioprism (http://www.purevolume.com/cardioprism) - this band is two very young dudes, and for their age, the talent is incredible. while their peers are in all likely hood playing very very watered down screamo songs or something, these guys are composing very mature tunes.

The Tribute (http://www.purevolume.com/thetribute) - Pretty excellent synthy dance rock type band. Check out if you're a fan of The Killers and Action Action.

The Whole Nine (http://www.purevolume.com/thewholenine) - I, as well as other staffers, have recommended this band numerous times, and the reason being is that they are fucking excellent. Good rock.

Melee (http://www.purevolume.com/melee) - After having the advance of their new album, Everyday Behavior, for a while now, I finally got around to listening to it and love it. Do NOT sleep on them like I did. I feel really stupid. Piano based pop rock.

Good Charlotte - I'm just kidding.

Perfuma (http://www.purevolume.com/perfuma) - Their debut EP is up for stream on their purevolume site. They put on a great display of rock. Some songs remind me of old Saves The Day.

What the crap? Perfuma does not sound like old Saves the Day (or Lifetime, however you want to look at it).

Wow, I feel so non-educated. Is inebriated like a synonym for drunk or high? By the way, good recommendations. I actually laughed out loud when i kept reading and came upon Good Charlotte. Chris, you sneaky poster, you.

Yeah dude, you can't go wrong with The Tribby. Their upcoming record was produced by Rory Phillips (Recover) and you kids love that.

the lead singer of the whole nine reminds me of gabe saporta from midtown (voice-wise).

I was just thinking that you were crazy when I hit 1:40 in "I'm Gone." Yeah, you're right, he does sound a lot like gabe at times.
