Im just curious what other people would think about this...okay today i walk into my spanish class and im sagging alittle bit and this older guy comes up to me and go's "pull up your pants" and of corse me being a smart ass i say "no" even though i am a year younger than he is. so he says "no one wants to see your ass" and i say "then dont look at it" and he says "i want to look where i want" and i say lol(sorry bout all the he said she said shit but just read it) "you better close your eyes..but why the hell are u coming up here and telling me to do all this shit and expect me to be nice to you..i mean really" and so he starts cocking an attitude after that and is all "your gay" other random insults and shit "so then he looks at my shirt (has a soccer ball on it) and he goes "are you playing soccer this year..are you any good?" i say "yeah. idk i played classic for 3 years so i guess so " and he gives me this im better than you kinda tone and says "that dosent mean anything" so i say "no..it means im better than you are" and he says to one of my friends persay " now hes just getting cocky" and i say "hey im sorry im better than you man" and he says "okay this guy is an ass" to my friend again and laughs so i look at my friend and say "this guy likes the cock" and laugh and then he says "yeah it will be real funny when you meet me at my locker after school" and i say "yeah it will be funny!"....so im not really pissed about it at all but im pretty sure i could beat the shit out of this guy..ive seen him fight or try to and ive seen him back out of alot too lol but i just want some opinions...should i kick his ass infront of everyone in the hall, wait till after school and kick his ass, wait till we are both out of school meet up somewhere and kick his ass, or just blow it off...i kinda wanna fight him but i dont wanna get in trouble or make things worse..what do u guys think?

Something like that doesn't require violence. You're both immature for considering it. If that minor and immature verbal harrassment ticked you off, you need to work on your tolerance. Being the bigger man rewards more pride. I remember when this kid pissed me off so I starting making fun of him and he spazzed and attacked me. I did not fight back and he broke his hand on my face and I walked away with a black and blue for a few days. There is no reason to prove you're better than someone through violence over that sort of dispute.
