Last night at the Buck 65 (http://www.buck65.com) show in San Francisco, Buck announced that he had recorded a new record, for a new label. Didn't go into any other details of a release or title or anything, so if anyone has any, I'd be interested in them! But regardless, new Buck 65 record coming soon, hopefully.

I really like Buck 65 from what I've heard, due to the fact that I'm not a big rap fan I think he's one of the only decent rappers around. I really like his video for 463.

buck 65 is an awesome underground hip-hop rapper. my best bet for the new label would be epitaph cause epitaph has been signing a lot of underground hip-hop lately like atmosphere, eyedea & abilities, and sage francis.

ps. sage francis has a new album coming out in january or february.

i don't think it's epitaph, for some reason. and as for underground hiphopper or rapper or whatever, the tight thing about buck is you can't really call him that and get the whole picture. when i was asked who i was going to see, i said a peformer, because that's really what he was. he mixes so much diversity into his music. talkin honky blues is bascially a country record. his show is quite fantastic, he's a very good performer. i'll let you know when/if i found out what label he's on.
