Midtown Madness

It's no secrete Im obsessed with Midtown and they have been my favorite pop punk band since they were locals around here. Then what happened, they fell off the map for 3 years and in resurerction we got Cobra Starship, Band Of Thieves, a gnarly guitarist for Senses Fail, and one bitchin record label. All are good, but will never live up to the good old Midtown days.
And now it begins, weird myspace bulletins, b-sides glimpse, myspace revamp, this whole CFOB thing. Something has got to be going on and I for one can't sleep at night with the anticipation for something new Midtown related. Maybe a tour, 1 last show, b-sides album? I don't know, but I for one can not wait. AP has been posting Midtown stuff this week and they get like 300 replies. Sure maybe 100 of them are from my good bud Anton, but people still care. Its time Midtown, its time.

It's always time for some Midtown. Everything the members have done since has been straight gold (with exception of Cobra Starship, which you could call silver, I guess).

Midtown gets a lot of hype on this site (Thanks Anton!) but, I still think they are massively underrated. A Midtown reunion would restore my faith in pop punk again.

Same, I think they'll all come around eventually. I just don't see all of this Midtown talk happening for no reason.. Something is probably up.. Or there's some talks going around. Either way.. We can keep hope alive.
