Hey is anyone studying for the LSAT or plan on taking the LSAT in October? Just wondering how everyone was studying or how they might be scoring on their practice tests?

its a son of a bitch. just a fair warning, i suggest you start studying at least 3-4 months before the exam. haha. especially if you are aiming for a 165+

I'm taking it on October. I took a class this summer, but, I really half assed it, so, it didn't help at all. Meanwhile, I decided that starting today, I am going to spend at least a half an hour a day doing lsat stuff. However, i'm not sure if that will improve my score at all, and i'm wondering if i should hold off on the test til' December. I want to increase my score by about 5 points (well more, but, realistically, i don't think that would happen), and I don't know if i can do that in 2 weeks. Then again, I don't know if I will be so busy that once again studying for the LSAT will fall by the way side if i wait til' December. Decisions, decisions.

But, really, just any ol' book with actual LSAT questions should be good. I mean, i think to an extent, there is only so much you can do. But, focus on the section that you are worst at. For me that's logic games.

If you don't mind, what were you scoring on your diagnostic test? Like, without studying? Cuse, I only got a 154, and I know that isn't high enough for any decent law school. I need like a 162, but, I don't think it's really possible to increase my score that much, no matter how much I study.

So... I decided to study, and my score actually improved. Horray! I hope it stays that way for my test on Saturday.
