I just figured I'd pay respect to one of the greatest mash-up artists in the scene. While Girl Talk is really amazing as well, TLOD will take two different songs that are in the rock genre and mash them, rather than taking a rap song with a rock riff in the background. I just figured I'd see how many other APer's listen to these guys, and for those who don't, do yourselves a favor and check them out. Also, I'd like to throw out that the Dashboard Confessional vs. Brand New mash-up is fucking great.

One of the better mash-up artists out there for sure. I used to really like 'em but I haven't listened to their stuff in atleast a year and a half. Kinda got away from that music but I'm certain most users on this site would appreciate their stuff.

Yeah, I've been listening to them for about three years, but it seems like they're pretty underrated on this site, especially with the genre of music they mash-up.

The mash up of Slow Down Gandhi by Sage Francis and Hands Down by Dashboard is the best song on Incorporated. That whole CD is solid, but that song just moves almost as well as the original Slow Down Gandhi.

And yes, these guys are very underrated and you would think they'd get more love on this site. They should put out new material more often.

Yeah it is incredibly surprising that they don't get talked about. The ETID/Norma Jean track used to on repeat all the time a few years back.

It's fun to listen to, but like Girl Talk, it's got no staying power.
