usually, but they've apparelty split it up into 3 days instead of 9-10 bands in 3 hours or so, its 3 PROBABLY 4 bands in 3 different shows. Now you just have to deal with mornic DJs at the show.

by the way the preorder code for friday is solid3. so go buy your tickets NOW.

By the way, instead of TBS for the second show, its "special guest." At least that's what it says in the email i received from q101 announcing it.

after seeing tbs open for boxcar at the aragon 2 years ago, i vowed never to go to that venue again. horrible sound, 5,000 people, security is shitty, and its expensive as hell. I hope mcr does a headlining tour here in something smaller like HOB

edit: chicagoans, dont waste your time or money on this show (on friday). go see motion city at metro!

Wow screw skipping that. TBS, the Used and MCR? Awesome. TBS, Modest Mouse and Secret Machines? Awesome. Snow Patrol, Frand Ferdinand and the Hives...awesome besides the Hives.

whoops.

december 4th does not have taking back sunday. when i submitted this, the q101 site said TBA (which i'm pretty sure is what i typed), not TBS. califone has since been added.

i'm definitely going to try to go to days 2 and 3. some of my favorite bands are playing those two days.

yeah the prices suck and the aragon sucks, but they have all really great bands. and i'm assuming all the bands will have pretty decent length sets since there's only three per day.

Aragon is the worst venue I have ever been to. I would fucking kill someone to see the Friday lineup anywhere else.

ugh, i'm broke too and just ordered two tickets to days two and three and spent $82.51. i just can't miss these bands though...even if it means spending a crazy amount of money and going to the aragon. thank god christmas is coming up shortly after those shows.
