Comeback Kid have signed with Victory Records. They are currently at the Blasting Room (Ft. Collins, CO) recording their second full length album with Bill Stevenson (of Descendents/All/Black Flag fame). Their Victory release is slated to street on Jan 25th, 2005.

Extensive touring to follow the release of their Victory Debut; Comeback Kid will head to Europe in November, Japan and Australia in January and then a full US tour in February. Stay tuned for details.

this kinda pisses me off, but i don't think they will sell out or anything of the sort. this is definitely the best band on victory (although i do like some tbs and a lot of atreyu's music).

CBK puts on such a good live show. I can't wait 'til they come back to NYC.

i concur. victory is horrible now. BYD use to be a pretty good "mosh" band and now they sound like slipknot. it's shitty. i hear new comeback kid sounds like cbk mixed with hoobastank... sounds hardcore.

byd is riding the fine line between numetal and hardcore.

but the real point to this post is comeback kid is probably the best hardcore band out there these days. definately not the most popular, but their live show owns just about any band out there. i sincerely hope they are not put on shitty shows with shitty bands now that they are on victory. all we need is another hardcore band touring with 7 screamo acts.

ps - i actually do like some screamo. just not at my hardcore shows.
