Serious and established Massachusetts-based band looking for bass player and drummer between the ages of 17 and 23 to begin touring full time immediately. High level of skill and previous band experience a must. Must have a positive attitude, good equipment, be available to tour full-time year round, be willing to work hard, and must be in the area or be willing to locate. Sound similar to Hot Water Music, Saves The Day, Bright Eyes, and The Bronx in a four way fist fight. Serious applicants only please. E-mail bassanddrums2004@hotmail.com for more information.

If I'm listening to something like HWM or The Bronx, I don't want to hear any STD or Bright Eyes influences at all...that sounds awful.

i was thinkin the same thing... those bands aren't too much alike, and unless they found a really good way to bring all those sounds together, they suck.

if they're serious and established, why didn't they leave a name?

I bet this is the guys from the Drive. I havn't heard anything about them since they split, but I did hear when they split, that a couple members will be forming a new band somewhere along the line and touring.

i doubt it. brent and sean are brothers, very unlikely they would start a band without the other, so no need for a drummer. and john's been with them since '97, so no need for a bassist. they are still writing and recording demos though. and nick is singing ;)

Hey everybody its been a while eh? About 8 months actually but whos counting? Well anyway, John, Sean, Nick, and I have been working on a new band. You'll hear some more about it in the coming months, we'll probably be doing shows this summer. We're all excited and can't wait to getting back to playing. Well I guess that it for now, just keep on checking back. We will have a new web site and a new name soon.

thanks a lot,
Brent"

That was a long time ago. Is the project even still on?
