Early this morning Hellogoodbye were in an accident where their van flipped over, the trailer smashed through the back window and the van was totaled. Socratic were about 10 minutes behind HGB and saw the van/police/ambulance/fire dept on the side of the road. They ran over to see the jaws of life cutting open the van to get everyone out. LUCKILY everyone walked away without a scratch. Socratic said they gave hellogoodbye huge hugs as soon as they got out of the van.

We are SO happy that everyone is okay! We love you guys.

Hellgoodbye packed their equipment into Socratic's van and are on their way to play the show tonight in Chicago because they didn't want to miss it. What troopers! If you are going to the show tonight, make sure to say hi and cheer up the guys.

That is awful. They are all great dudes and definitely had a sketchy van set up, so its great that everyone was alright.

Oh yeah, God's master plan to better the music scene failed, that's it. REALLY SMART. REALLY CUTE. It's good to know that God set aside world hunger, war, people killing eachother, etc so he could work on the music scene a little bit. The devil must've been the one who screwed it all up. That conniving, little bastard devil.

driving a 15 passenger van with a trailer full of expensive shit is hard enough without five guys making noise, watching tv and loud music playing. especially for a band thats been touring for like not even a year. you gotta get comfortable out there.

this is weird cuz they were staying at my friends house down the road the other night and then they went to canada and they crashed after they left my friends house (they had to go back to get thier stuff). The last day they were in america i had to drive jesse to idian reservation to get cigarettes. first time they have ever come to buffalo and they are fuckin awesome guys and an awesome band. the drive thru sounds of change tour is really awesome.

hgb is probably one of the funniest and genuine bands i have ever met.
this actually happened a couple days ago, they're suppose to head out again soon with a new van.
