Okay, I never really liked Simple Plan, but what the fuck?! That new song? Welcome To My Life or whatever... could you get any more pathetic? I could write better than that when I was in 3rd grade. And if you're going to write a song about people not knowing how much you're life sucks, atleast make it sound like it really does suck. Everytime I hear that song, I think that if I looked in one of the members journals it would say, "Fuck man, life sucks. No one understands me. No one knows what it's like to have your girlfriend refuse to have sex with you. And she's still pissed because I fucked that one girl last week! That was SOO long ago. And my mom's being a total bitch because I failed my math test. No one understands me!! What's the sqaure root of 4 again? SHITTTT..."

I didn't say that if a band has an album, that it makes them good. My point was, even if they can't write good lyrics, and their music is whack, they still have made it. So if you learn to play instrument (or if you already know how) then you put together a band, write music, and produce some sort of an album. It's pretty hard, even if the music sucks. And once again, then you can bitch.

maybe the lyrics are a little childish or whatever, but i doubt simple plan is going to care, because I've seen the lyrics to that song in at least 5 profiles on nexopia. Kids are relating to them, and that album is gonna sell like whoa because of it.

I love it when bands like that makes songs about how their life sucks when they have nothing to whine about. Shit way worse is happening to people around the world than shit like what they sing about. Its just like Goths, whining about how they hate their lives. i agree i meen, produce an album urself, my band made one and the album sucked so we started from scratch, its hard fucking work, but also agree with them being lame bout singen bout how there life sucks when there rock stars, at the same time though the albums gunna sell like crazyyyyyy.
