A few months ago there was a giant controversy in the press about websites getting paid by their advertisers to write good reviews. This really "enlightened" the dark side of journalism for me. I saw that the '59 Sound got a 92 percent from a staff member and an Underoath contest has what basically is a box quote in the summary. So basically...
-How do I know that AP.net isn't getting paid by their advertisers to write good reviews, or
-How do I know that AP.net isn't giving good reviews to advertisers just to keep their ads up.
I feel like such a prick asking this, but this is what determines a trusted source from a bad one. Thanks for your time.
