It's rumored that New Found Glory (http://www.newfoundglory.com) will be touring with Eisley, The Bouncing Souls and Reggie and the Full Effect in the Spring.
Is that the 'Split the Crowd into 4 Very Distinct parts' tour?

I take back the most random tour ever comment and place it here. Bouncing Souls, NFG, and Reggie. WOW, odd odd mix.

an odd show would be Hilary Duff, NOFX, The Ataris, and Eminem... now THAT is the most random show ever... actually that would make a TON of money...haha

wow, i love eisley. This is the most random and messed up tour ever... who comes up with this crap?
well Reggie makes some sense...since James is in NFG and Reggie

the only thing even close to being random about this tour is eisley. NFG, Reggie, and The Bouncing Souls appeal to alot of people. So it would not be that random. the only thing that sucks about this tour is that the souls would get shafted by having to open for NFG

considering how totally anti-mtv the bouncing souls are, i'm pretty surprised
i specifically remember them saying at a few of their shows something along the lines of "you won't see any of these bands on mtv, thank you for supporting real music"
i hope its not true

nothing has been laid out. they havent even planned their next tour let alone gotten the ok from the bands.

I don't know, that wouldn't be that random considering a bunch of radio stations would put that on for a radio show

This would be a good tour. Although it hasn't actually been laid out or anything. Still, Bouncing Souls kick ass, New Found Glory puts on a good live show, and Reggie is pretty good too. I don't care much for Eisley.

that is NEAT. nfg's on the tour, so it's worth going to people. but with 3 other great bands, definately go.

While I'd eventually like to see nfg at some point, I honestly think any tour Reggie does will be a mistake unless its a headlining tour. I wish I had went to the one last year.

The Bouncing Souls are so much better live then New Found Glory...and I would not attend this tour, so let's hope The Bouncing Souls do something more worthwhile.

I pray this would be a club tour but it would probably sell out in about 5 minutes :(

You know, considering playing to over 5,000 people is a BAD thing. God forbid Reggie and The Full Effect get some exposure. Think, ok?

Exactly. Who's the mastermind behind this tour?

Seriously.
Three pop-punk bands playing together.
WILD.

I can definitely see Reggie playing with each of these three bands, so I guess it should make sense that it's not that much of a stretch for Eisley to play with the Bouncing Souls.

this is far from the weirdest tour ever
Apparently no one remembers Cursive and The Blood Brothers...or The Locust and Yeah Yeah Yeahs

Everybody jump up and down...now stop, and appreciate the soothing beauty of Eisley...Now start jumping up and down again...alrighty....maybe Eisley got added to this show to give the 21 and ups and chance to consume mass quantities of alcohol between sets of pop-punk rock-outedness

This thread has likely been abandoned - but, I dug around to find it so I'll post.
- New to this forum. Very tolerant of the cooler pop punk bands; Strong affinity for catchy melodic. Brand New fan. (Eisley did tour w/ Brand New that was very successful) Also love tons of bands in overlapping genre's. Totally agree that Eisley doesn't fit here. (well, they're melodic, catchy, indie pop rock...but not the same at all. No moshing or crowd surfing at Eisley shows.) Anyway, I'm told it's NFG and Saves the Day. (Eisley has met both bands and traded good vibe)
What's Eisley to do? Go out with bands that love them and have formally asked them to go out next year...but, who's fans will surely resent them? Tough decisions. I guess they should turn those guys down.
