The Oval Portrait (http://www.myspace.com/theovalportrait) has broken up. They will play their last show ever this Sunday, October 31st aka Halloween at Bloomfield Ave. Cafe in Montclair, NJ. Nora, Zombie Apocalypse, and The Banner will be playing as well.

that didn't last very long. i just couldn't get into their cd, i hated the guys voice.

2 things
#1, my band is playing there tomorrow on the 29th, everyone go!
#2, jared forgot to mention that the musicians in the band(drummer, guitar player, etc.) will be forming a new band that will appear on eyeball records.

i could never get in to the CD either the guys voice was really not plesant. oh well, it sucks that they broke up for their fans

i totally agree, but us jersians have to pull together and be thankful for the amazing scene we have, you should come to the show!
