It appears that Coheed & Cambria (http://coheedandcambria.com/home/)'s comic has sold out online as it not in the webstore anymore and their MySpace (http://www.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewProfi le&friendID=2744574&Mytoken=20041027080752) says this also. I believe they are still selling it on tour and in some Hot Topics, though.

I don't understand the comic book craze. I like the music, but I just can't get into the comic book idea.

The first comic has sold out...the second one is still being made, and should be out this winter sometime.

i think the comic is cool because it helps bring the story in the songs to life. i cant wait until the next one is released sometime this winter.
it would be really cool if they made it into a movie someday...or at least an animated film.

If you are at all a comic book fan, it reminded me of early Image comics style... Prophet, or something to that effect. If you were never into alternative (non-DC and Marvel) comics, you probably won't be too impressed. Otherwise, it's a nice little collectable and a solid comic.

it doesnt have the best artwork (some images however are fantastic), and doesnt have the best dialogue/story telling, but every time i start to read it i just cant put the damn thing down.
and that goes for everyone i know who has read it. once you start, you just cant stop. you want to know what's going to happen.

This is news is pretty crazy because I just recieved mine yesterday, I must have gotten one of the last ones. For those wondering what the comic is like. If you read comics it is your typical first issue. All build up and plot, with little to no action. It has a lot of little coheed references from songs which i though was kinda cool. The artwork was not the best, they tried to integrate real photos and drawings and it didn't really work. If you want to see a comic that does that well check out the gypsy lounge here: http://www.awefulbooks.com/lex/html/lex.htm#
