We're kinda putting it out ourselves... one of our friends wanted to do a spinoff off his production company, so he is funding us for this record, hopefully to catch the attention of someone bigger.

We're gonna just ship press kits out and keep playing tons of shows, start touring in july

If you're going to make music for an already tired genre of music, then at least incorporate some originality into it.

the music is original, maybe not based off the songs on purevolume in your opinion, but we created our own ideas, our own lyrics, our own song structures. Sure, we have some screams here and there, but look at all the bands you listen to.

The bled, thursday, thrice, at the drive in, converge, sparta, further seems forever.

most of them have a similar sound, similar music, similar structures and breakdowns.

The bands we listen to (all kinds) influence us. Sorry if it's not for you. Your entitled to your opinion. You expressed it. No big deal.

if we sounded like every other pop punk band thats out there right now, i wouldnt want to play. There's more to lyrics than a broken heart from a girl. One of our songs is politcal, based off politians, one is encouraging that despite what anyone says, people you know or dont, follow your dreams and believe in yourself, not in what others say. One has turned out to being let down by someone you looked up to you, some songs are about drugs and addiction, alot are about betrayal. of course we have the songs about girls and broken hearts (like every pop punk band), But there are alot more things to say and play than just that.

We dont follow a verse chorus verse chorus bridge chorus 2x format. We try new ideas, we try different things. Obviously it's not your thing, and thats fine. I'm going to record this cd whether you would listen to it or not.

I like the bands that are in your profile, i admire and respect them too. And i respect your comments too. It's not for you. But the thing is, comments like yours just make us work harder.
