Here is a message from Max of Say Anything (http://www.sayanythingmusic.com):

"Max here, checking in from our very first national tour with Straylight Run, Hot Rod Circuit and Northstar. Touring is quite an experience. I dont know how to describe it, but its both an ideal and deplorable living style. You get to be dirty and disheveled and travel, in a daze, across this fine country. Its beautiful driving on the east coast and watching the pretty colours in the leaves because its fall. We get to meet all kinds of people, especially kids who enjoy our music. That is the best. Please come up to us after the shows, dont be shy. We are so happy and proud of the audiences we've encountered thus far. We love it when you sing along and rock OUT. Please get tickets for these shows if you haven't yet, we're having an amazing time and hope you will too cuz all the bands on this tour are good and great people. Please IM us...our screename is Sayanything16."

This tour is easily the best tour I will not be able to see this year or last. Northstar and HRC is my dream duo concert. Straylight and Say Anything are like icing on an already sweet ass cake.

Curse them for shunning Nebraska...as usual.

i was depressed at the chicago show cause say anything only played six songs (belt, woe, vector, alive, molly, futile) and northstar's equipment was being a bitch so i think they only got in six or seven too. plus hot rod circuit suck. thank god straylight made everything better. and ya, max did seem shy at that show, at the end he was just sitting in the merch area, and i bought a shirt, and he said thanks alot man, and that made my fuckin day...

i went to this show last friday in toronto, it was awesome, i specially enjoyed HRC, although most of the ppl there seemed to be a lot more into northstar and obiously straylight run. say anything was amazing but they didnt play 'every man has a molly' , one of my fav songs.

Ha yeah, I met Max after the Philly show and asked him to sign my poster. He acted like that was the first time he had ever heard anyone ask him that. He's very quiet in person and almost seems in a daze (or stoned, whichever) the whole time you're talking to him. But hey, I guess that's a genius for ya.

In Cincinnati they only played 5 songs. And they didn't play "Alive With The Glory Of Love" at your show? They closed with it the two times I've seen them. I would have loved to hear "Molly" and "Futile". Damn.

Well shit if I'd have known he was gonna be in the merch booth after the show I would've bought my hoodie later. I saw him walk past the McDonalds across from wrigley but didn't realize it was him till after I saw him on stage. Bemis da man!
