They make mediocre music on their ep and their full length they totally dropped the jazz act and became a slightly above average piano rock scene band again. Sue me that I don't think they are the most talented band in the world.

I love Relient K ... and I don't care if they are Christian or not: that isn't why I listen to them. Hell, I'm agnostic and am not religious in any sense and I still love their catchy brand of pop-rock.

actually, a good deal of the band's fans are kids from the christian radio industry who hail this band as their blink-182 because RK is one of the first popular "christian" pop-punk bands. then those kids pass on their recommendation to their secular fans, who pick up on rk's wit (which i do admit they've got a great deal of), who also like rk because they like generic pop-punk. but yeah, i have listened to the band a lot. used to like them a teeny bit when i heard their radio hits, but then backed down when i went "in-depth" into their discography and found out their music most of the time flops.

well that depends. mmhmm is a great "pop-punk" album but very generic in a lot of places and more poppy than most. two lefts dont make a right but three do is some of the most honest sounding music out there in the genre, and its a little less poppy and not polished but it's also not as professionally written. those are their two best albums. dont expect them to be doing anything you havent heard before but do expect them to do it better in a lot of cases, and do expect them to be the definition of the word "fun".
