I remember the first time i heard 'Cherub Rock' I feel in love then 'Today' came out and it was over. I was a deticated Pumpkins fan. I can still remember falling asleep to the softer songs on the album every night while trying to fall asleep. I'm so glad i got the chance to see them live before they split ways.

I love the Smashing Pumpkins, and this sounds like it'll be terrible. Sorry to disappoint you, but tribute albums rarely suck completely. Hell, even Cursive couldn't save the new Smiths tribute (How Soon Is Now?) with their good cover of "Frankly Mr. Shankly", and Cursive are amazing. I cannot see how that sub-par list of bands can produce a good album.
