Jonathan:
• Relient K: their new album "Mmhmm" is amazing. I've been listening to it at work.
• Something Corporate: me and Jac are seeing them on the 9th and the 11th. Sweet.
• Zebrahead: all their stuff is good, especially their harder stuff from MfZb.
Trevor:
• Har Mar Superstar – "The Handler":
When the lady friend starts talking about how much she hates my “screaming music” I pop in a little Har Mar and watch as he works his ways. Har Mar has all the pop sound of Justin Timberlake or Usher but his lyrics are hilarious and the funk reminds me of some of my favorite Michael Jackson moments.
• The Bronx – "Self Titled":
Another reason why Ferret Records is quickly becoming my favorite record label, I listened to “heart attack American” and instantly thought of ETID but the whole CD is great and has been a mainstay in my CD player.
• Fear Before the March of Flames – "Art Damage":
This album* is one of those albums that didn’t really grab me at first, but after letting it sit for a while I began to love this CD especially, “Hey Kid I’m a Computer …” and “Law of Averages."
• MeWithoutYou – "Catch Us For the Foxes":
I just love this band; I love the guys in the band; I love the music; I love the lyrics. Go buy it, and be happy.
• Luke – "Uncle Luke":
Nothin like ghetto house booty anthems to get the party started, forget lil' john - this is the original dirty south.
