Im not going to lie. This sounded like a very shitty idea. The grey album is one thing(which in my opinion is one of the best releases this year) but linkin park? I had my speculation at first, then I saw the video. Personally I thought it was pretty cool when Jay Z was rapping encore to Linkin Parks instruments. I still cant stand the linkin park part though. That guy cant sing.

Stop whining because rap isnt cool and Simple Plan isnt punk. You secretly listen to it but bash it because its cool. Jay Z is a great rapper and I have as much respect for him as I do for any of my other favorite artists(against me, Cursive,)

Why is posting about atmophere on this site any different? because they're on epitaph?? I actually listened to my Jay-Z cd on the way home tonight. That and Atmosphere are the only hip hop cd's I have. I saw part of that on mtv earlier today. Not a big Linkin Park fan but it interested me regardless. Open your mind. Allthough I dont post here that much I've never said a bad thing about any band. If an artist has a cd...SOMEONE likes it.

i didnt say i liked brand new. but i dont think northstar is similar to SLR, in the sense that they didnt create the most boring record of the year, 1. and 2, their live show kicks my ass everytime, and i love everything about northstar.

i really dont think SLR is THAT bad, i just really hated the cd. i was disaapointed to say the least.
